Miyasaki Dental Patient Plans
For patients who do not have dental insurance or prefer a more predictable way to budget for preventive care, Miyasaki Dental offers in-house Patient Plans. Each plan includes a defined set of preventive services for an annual fee, plus a discount on additional procedures.
There are three plans available:
Little Smiles Plan – $429/year
Includes two cleanings, two exams, two fluoride treatments, routine X-rays, Bliss Intraoral Screening, and 10% off additional procedures. The plan provides savings of at least $219 compared with the listed individual fees.
Bright Smiles Plan – $651/year
Includes three cleanings, two exams, two fluoride treatments, routine X-rays, oral cancer screening, gum health measurements, Bliss Intraoral Screening, and 10% off additional procedures. The plan provides savings of at least $291.
Periodontal Therapy Plan – $980/year
Includes four cleanings, two exams, two fluoride treatments, routine X-rays, oral cancer screening, gum health measurements, Bliss Intraoral Screening, and 10% off additional procedures. The plan provides savings of at least $419.
All services included in a Patient Plan must be completed within the applicable one-year period. Our team can explain which plan best matches your preventive or periodontal care needs and review the plan details before you enroll.
Flexible Payment Options
We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards for dental treatment. If you prefer to pay directly, ask our team whether an immediate-payment discount is available for the treatment you need.
For larger treatment plans, we also offer access to third-party financing through Cherry and CareCredit®. These options can allow qualifying patients to divide treatment costs into scheduled payments rather than paying the entire balance at once.
Cherry
Cherry offers financing options that may allow eligible applicants to divide treatment costs into monthly payments. The application process includes an initial soft credit check. Available terms, payment amounts, and approval depend on the financing agreement you qualify for.
CareCredit®
CareCredit® can also be used for qualifying dental expenses. Available financing options may include promotional or extended payment terms, depending on eligibility and the terms offered at the time of application.
Our team can explain how to apply for either option, but the financing provider determines approval and repayment terms.
Using PPO Dental Insurance
Miyasaki Dental accepts PPO dental insurance even though the practice is not in network with a specific insurance provider. Our team can submit claims on your behalf so you can use any benefits available under your plan.
Out-of-network coverage varies, so your plan may apply different deductibles, reimbursement levels, annual maximums, exclusions, or other limitations. We can review the information available from your insurer and provide an estimate of your expected out-of-pocket cost before treatment.
Remaining out of network also allows our dentists to make decisions about materials, dental laboratories, and treatment based on the clinical needs of the case rather than the requirements of a particular insurance network.
Understanding Your Treatment Costs
Before beginning treatment, we’ll explain the recommended care and its estimated cost. If your treatment involves several procedures or stages, we can also discuss how the costs correspond with the treatment plan.
Insurance benefits are estimates rather than guarantees of payment, so the final amount covered by your plan may differ from the initial estimate. If you are using Cherry or CareCredit®, your payment terms will depend on your agreement with that financing provider.
Emergency Dental Care and Fees
Dental problems do not always happen during regular office hours. Miyasaki Dental offers after-hours emergency appointments for urgent dental concerns when available.
An after-hours visit may involve an additional fee because it requires extra time and resources. We’ll explain applicable emergency fees before beginning treatment whenever circumstances allow, so you understand the expected cost.
