After your aligners arrive, you’ll wear each set for about 22 hours a day, switching to a new set every two weeks as instructed. Every 7 to 10 days, you’ll use the CandidApp on your smartphone to upload progress scans. An orthodontist will review these scans to ensure your treatment is on track.
